Orange Julius

As promised...here is the latest version of Orange Julius I am enjoying. I am totally addicted to this recipe.
1 1/4 c orange juice
1 c water
3 T egg white (make sure these are pasteurized!)
1 t vanilla extract
1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 c ice

Blend all ingredients except ice to allow the sugar to dissolve (30 seconds). Then add ice and blend until ice is crushed (15 seconds). 2 Servings (16 ounce servings) Or in my case 1 GIANT serving! :) It is frothy like the kind we drank growing up and now with pasteurized egg whites it is safe to drink too.

Tuna Noodle Salad!

Here's a quick recipe for a good salad my dad used to make:

2 - 7 oz. Packages of shell noodles
2 - cans of tuna
1 - 32 oz. jar of Mayo
1 - 21 oz. jar of green olives
4 - hard boiled eggs

Cook the noodles. While the noodles are cooking, mix the tuna with the jar of Majo. Cut up the eggs into bite-size chunks. When the noodles are cooked, run them under cold water to cool them off.

Here's a quick recipe for a good salad my dad used to make. It's even better after it's been in the fridge for a day or two.
